About this notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit the Noccio website or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email info@noccio.it.
Information we process and why
When you browse, technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, request time and browser or device details may be processed to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect it against misuse. This processing serves our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any details you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), where applicable. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Cookies and external services
A language preference cookie remembers your choice of English or Italian. See the Cookie Policy for its purpose, duration and removal. The public website does not provide a customer account, checkout or newsletter subscription.
Adobe Fonts supplies an external font stylesheet, and Unicorn Studio supplies visual effects and related assets. Requests to these services disclose technical connection information, including your IP address and potentially browser and referrer information. Adobe states that its website font delivery does not set cookies. These services have their own privacy information; their use should not be confused with an absence of data processing.
Recipients, storage and transfers
Personal data may be handled by authorised people and providers needed for website hosting, technical maintenance, email delivery and the external services described above. We do not sell enquiry data. Where processing involves a country outside the European Economic Area, the applicable GDPR transfer requirements must be met; you can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to deal with the request and any related legal obligations or disputes. Technical information is retained only for the operational and security purposes for which it is needed. The language cookie lasts up to one year unless you remove it sooner. Contact us for further information about retention relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@noccio.it to make a request. You may also complain to a data protection authority, including the authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
Providing information by email is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer a request without the necessary details. This website does not make automated decisions about visitors that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We may update this notice when the website or its services change.
